Manuel Barros is a chilean sociologist and journalist working as project manager at Fundación Ciudadano Inteligente (Smart Citizen Foundation), a Latin American organization advocated to the strengthening of democracies in the region, through the use of civic tech and agile methodologies for collaborative advocacy. Manuel is also the civil society representative at the chilean OGP multistakeholder forum.
